Wolverine Medical charges a flat, hourly fee for each contingent medical employee. There are no hidden costs, no service fees, no payroll accounting or hiring expenses. Wolverine pays the employee’s wages, benefits, all payroll taxes and unemployment insurance.

All Wolverine Medical staff are covered by workers’ compensation, professional errors and omissions and general liability Insurance

We require proof of a current State of Michigan medical license, a State of Michigan criminal background check and a drug screen for all candidates.

Our guarantee of satisfaction goes into effect the minute your Wolverine Medical staff reports for work. If you are not satisfied with our medical employee for any reason, call us as soon as possible. We will send a qualified replacement immediately. If you notify us within the first four hours of an assignment, you won’t be charged for the hours worked by the first person we sent.

If a Wolverine Medical employee fails to report for a scheduled assignment and we are not able to send a qualified replacement within one hour, you will receive a two-hour credit on your next invoice.
