Contract-to-Hire

Many of our clients enjoy the flexibility of contract-to-hire because it allows them to see first hand the capabilities of a contract employee before hiring them as a full-time member of their organization. A discounted placement fee applies based on hours worked on the contingent assignment.

Direct-Hire

When the need arises to hire an employee directly as a core member of the team, we place engineering, drafting and executive management professionals on a direct hire basis. Our fee is contingent upon your employment of our candidate.

Contingent Assingments

Our guarantee of satisfaction goes into effect the minute your Wolverine staff reports for work. If you are not satisfied with our employee for any reason, call us as soon as possible. We will send a qualified replacement immediately. If you notify us within the first four hours of an assignment, you won’t be charged for the hours worked by the first person we sent.

Direct-Hire

We guarantee all direct-hire placements for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, beginning on the starting date of the employee. If the employee leaves for any reason during the first ninety (90) days, we will provide replacement candidates for your review at no additional charge.

We test all candidates to determine their technical knowledge and skills. In addition, we screen candidates for their professional attitude and character.

Even with sophisticated testing and extensive screening, the best way to predict a candidate’s success on the job is through actual work performance. By combining contingent and permanent placement services, Wolverine offers clients a unique opportunity to judge the on-the-job performance of a prospective permanent employee in a contingent assignment for a trial period. If the client and the candidate are happy with the fit, Wolverine offers a liberal policy for converting an employee from contingent to permanent.
